Refund policy

We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Data Techcon Academy, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds:

We appreciate your interest in our data analytics training programs. Our goal is to provide high-quality training services to our customers. Due to the limited availability of seats in our programs, we have a strict no-refund policy except under certain circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy:
   • Once you have registered for a program, all payments are final, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
   • We do not offer refunds for changes in your personal circumstances or if you are unable to attend the program for any reason.
2. Enrollment Termination:
   • If you wish to terminate your enrollment in the program, you must notify us at least 20 days before the program start date to be eligible for a refund.
   • If you meet this requirement, we will issue a refund minus a 20% administrative fee to cover our costs related to the cancellation.
3. Losses Due to Cancellation:
   • Please note that cancellations result in a loss for our company. Once a seat is filled, we are unable to enroll another student to fill the spot that you have vacated.
   • If you terminate your enrollment in the program less than 20 days before the program start date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Transferring to Another Student:
   • If you are unable to attend the program for which you have registered, you may be able to transfer to another student, subject to availability and at our discretion.
   • If you choose to transfer to another student, any fees paid will be applied towards the new student, and you will not receive a refund.
5. Program Changes:
   • We reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, curriculum, or instructors at our sole discretion.
   • We will make every effort to notify you of any changes in a timely manner.
6. Program Cancellation:
   • We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Program Withdrawal:
   • If you withdraw from the program before the start date, you will not receive a refund.
   • However, if you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the program at least 20 days before the start date, you may be eligible for refund
