Terms & conditions
Thank you for your interest in our program. Kindly read our terms & conditions carefully before proceeding with enrollments. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Enrollment: You can make payment in full or use our 3 installment payment options to enroll. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Data TechCon.
Payment: You are required to pay the full cost of the training program, in installments, as specified in the payment plan. If you fail to make any payment on the due date, we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment and revoke your access to all training resources, including but not limited to course materials and online forums, until the payment is made in full. Full payment or part payment is required to secure your spot in the program. Payment can be made via credit card or debit card.
Termination: If your enrollment is terminated due to non-payment, you will not be entitled to any refund for the payments made up to that point.
Late Payment: If a payment is not made within five (5) days of the due date, your enrollment will be terminated & you will loose access to all training resources.
Access to Resources: Access to all training resources is contingent upon payment of the agreed-upon fees. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of access to all training resources.
No refunds: Data TechCon does not offer refunds once payment has been made since this is a cohort-based training. Once registration closes, spots cannot be filled any longer till the next cohort. Exceptions can only be made if your enrollment is terminated 20 days before the program start date. If enrollment is terminated within this period, a refund will be given minus a processing fee of 10% of the total cost of the program.
Cohort-based training: Our training programs are cohort-based and follow a fixed schedule. You must complete all assignments and assessments within the given time frame. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
Payment Plan Changes: Any changes to the payment plan must be agreed upon in writing between you and Data TechCon. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any changes to the payment plan.
Intellectual property: All course materials, including but not limited to, lectures, slides, videos, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Data TechCon. You may not distribute or reproduce any of these materials without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality: You agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to, other students’ personal information and course materials, confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
Code of conduct: You agree to follow our code of conduct, which includes respecting other students, instructors, and staff, and refraining from engaging in any behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
Termination: Data TechCon reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in the program if you violate these terms and conditions, our code of conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination, no refund will be given.
Disclaimer: Data TechCon does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific job or salary from our training programs. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of our programs.
Modifications: Data TechCon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By enrolling in our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Select Preferred Payment Method to Enroll
Divide tuition into three over 3 months. Payment due monthly.
- By enrolling in the 3 months bootcamp training program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
- You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file for the total amount of the program at the time of enrollment, unless other payment arrangements have been made with us.
- You acknowledge that the program fee is non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by us.
- If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by email and given 24 hours to update your payment information. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your enrollment may be cancelled.
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information on file with us throughout the duration of the program. Any changes to your payment information must be made by you through your account dashboard.
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the program, you must notify us in writing at least 20 days prior to the start of the program. If you cancel less than 20 days before the start of the program, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total program fee.
- In the event that you fail to complete the program, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
- We reserve the right to change the program fee at any time, but such changes will not affect students who have already enrolled in the program.
- We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in the program at any time for any reason, in which case you will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
- By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them
One-Time Full Payment for Students Enrolled in 3 Months Bootcamp Training
- By enrolling in the 3 months bootcamp training program and making a one-time full payment, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
